Trainers & Coaches

All PCM trainers and Coaches are fully qualified and are certified in the application of the Process Communication Model (PCM)® as trainers and/or coaches:

John Parr MSc - Master PCM Trainer and Master PCM Coach Trainer

John launched PCM in Romania in 2006, and has since introduced the model in the UK.

He was certified in the Process Communication Model® by Taibi Kahler in 2005, and is a Master PCM Trainer.

John has worked for many years as a management consultant for multinational organisations and specialises in designing tailor-made training solutions for his client companies. He is recognised for his work on stress management.

He has a keen interest in emotional intelligence, and has designed a unique programme on learning how to be emotionally intelligent. John's key focus is on developing human relationships in the workplace.

John began his career in electronic engineering and has worked as a Human Resources manager for international companies.
