All of our trainers are fully qualified and are certified Process Communication Model (PCM) trainers:
John Parr MSC - Master PCM Trainer and coach
John launched PCM in Romania in 2006, and has since introduced the model in the UK.
He was certified in the Process Communication Model® by Taibi Kahler in 2005, and is a Master PCM Trainer.
John has worked for many years as a management consultant for multinational organisations and specialises in designing tailor-made training solutions for his client companies. He is recognised for his work on stress management.
John has a keen interest in emotional intelligence, and has designed a unique programme on learning how to be emotionally intelligent. John's key focus is on developing human relationships in the workplace.
