PCM Train the Coach

We are running two Train the Coach workshops in 2011. Once you have completed the workshops, you will become a certified Process Communication Coach.

PCM Train the Coach course in 2010 was accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Following the successful series of workshops in Europe in 2010 the ICF has again recognised PCM  coach training in 2011 for the award of CCE units (11.50 units of core competences and 10.75 units of other skills and tools.)

In order to become accredited, professionals who want to use PPI in their coaching practice must have completed the three day introduction to PCM and the Train the Coach workshop, plus PCM supervision and an examination:

The introductory workshop is for those who wish to deepen their communication skills and is a prerequisite for the train the trainer / train the coach series. The workshop covers all the fundamentals of the Process Communication model. The methods are; didactic, experiential exercises, group discussion and coaching on application. By the end of the workshop you will be able to apply the principles of PCM in your work and private relationships.

Fees for the three day as a standalone workshop: £875 plus VAT.

·         Module 2 - Process Coaching Application seminar: four days of intensive training to learn how to apply PCM in individual coaching.

·         Supervision sessions: dates to be agreed individually: after completing steps 1 and 2 above, coaches deliver three coaching sessions using the Personal Personality Inventory. They then take supervision on each session from a certified PCM Trainer and coach.

·         Examination: dates to be agreed with the group: after successfully completing the above program including the three supervision sessions, candidates attend an examination to gain the title PCM Coach Accreditation. This process will usually take two days; one day of exams plus one day of advanced training, depending upon numbers.

All workshops will take place at Esseborne Manor, North Hampshire (between Newbury and Andover).
