PCM Train the Trainer
In 2012, we will run a series of Process Communication Model (PCM) Train the Trainer workshops. Once you have completed the workshops, you will become a certified Process Communication Trainer.
All workshops will take place at Esseborne Manor North Hampshire (Between Newbury and Andover).

Next Three-day introduction to PCM workshop
5th to 7th March 2012:
This workshop is for those who wish to deepen their communication skills and is also a prerequisite for the train the trainer / train the coach series. The workshop covers all the fundamentals of the Process Communication model. The methods are, didactic, experiential exercises, group discussion and coaching on application. By the end of the workshop you will be able to apply the principles of PCM in your work and private relationships.
Fees for the three day as a standalone workshop: £895 plus VAT.
The following modules 13 Days are the Trainer certification workshop:

Each module is a mix of training input plus delegate presentations, followed by supervision, coaching and feedback; the objective being exam preparation.

The cost of the full sixteen-day Train the Trainer course is £5,900 plus VAT
Payments may be made by instalments.
