PCM Train the Trainer
Throughout 2010, we will be running a series of Process Communication Model (PCM) Train the Trainer workshops. Once you have completed the workshops, you will become a certified Process Communication Trainer.
All workshops will take place at Esseborne Manor North Hampshire (Between Newbury and Andover).

13th to 15th September 2010
Three-day introduction to PCM workshop
This workshop is for those who wish to deepen their communication skills and is also a prerequisite for the train the trainer / train the coach series. The workshop covers all the fundamentals of the Process Communication model. The methods are, didactic, experiential exercises, group discussion and coaching on application. By the end of the workshop you will be able to apply the principles of PCM in your work and private relationships.
Fees for the three day as a stand alone workshop: £950 plus VAT.
The following modules 13 Days are the Trainer certification workshop:
Each module is a mix of training input plus delegate presentations, followed by supervision, coaching and feedback; the objective being exam preparation.
27th-30th September
Train the Trainer Module 1 (four days).
Three-day Train the Trainer Module 2 (three days).
22nd-24th November
Train the Trainer Module 3 (three days).
13th-15th December
Trainer certification and advanced training (three days).
Course fees:
The cost of the full sixteen-day Train the Trainer course is £6,250 plus VAT(Payments may be made by instalments.
