The Process Communication Model Effective Communication in Business is a three-day programme.
During the workshop, you will learn about the following topics:
- Contact perceptions (How we view reality; an important aspect of making contact)
- Personality parts (Recognition of the different 'energies' we show the world)
- Personality types (The six basic personality types)
- Channels of communication (The Dedicated 'call sign' for each type)
- Management styles (How to manage each type using the most helpful management style)
- Psychological needs (Targeted motivation for each type)
- Preferred environment (Where we work most efficiently)
- Driver behaviour (Patterned behavioural responses signalling our entry into distress)
- Predictive stress sequence (The highly predictable stress behaviours of each type and how to )
The workshop will show you how to:
- Apply the principles of Process Communication to your working environment.
- Interact efficiently with different personality types.
- Use the Process Communication model to motivate yourself and others.
- Know how to recognize reactions to distress and how to manage them.
There will be a mixture of training input, group discussion and practicing skills.
